Mitsubishi Enjoys Best Service Award

PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian (KTM) as the sole holder of Mitsubishi Brand Agent in Homeland successfully Mantilla ‘ Indonesia Customer Service Index (CSI) 2012 ‘ from j. d. Power Asia Pacific. This award is the second time in a row. Assessment survey was based on factors including enrollment services 5, servicing officer, servicing facilities, car loads and quality service.(sure the successor nissan) Then the performance of the services shall be assessed by a score of dealer index scale of 1000 points. The survey took place from February to may 2012 by involving 12 ATPM that existed in Indonesia such as Mitsubishi, Honda, Isuzu, Nissan, Daihatsu, Ford, Toyota, Mazda, KIA, Suzuki, Chevrolet and Hyundai.


Mitsubishi occupies a top position with raihan 750 points. Mitsubishi works very well in four of the five valuation factors i.e.(nissan march 500 Units) registration services, servicing officer, making vehicles and quality service in the meantime, the second place won a Honda with raihan 748 points. Those results led Honda shift Toyota last year filled the runner-up position. Toyota itself had to settle the seven currently. For the third place inhabited by Isuzu with 745 points. While Nissan and Daihatsu locking positions four and five respectively with raihan and 742 743 points.(peugeot sold)
